GBImpressive service and work I visited the Tire Engineers location on Packer Crossing in Midlothian, Va in November 2023, and twice in April 2024 to resolve an issue with lugnuts on one tire on my car. On each visit, the staff was most helpful, knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. The backstory is too lengthy to relate regrading this matter; the good news resolution is the staff I interacted with at the Midlothian, VA location is superior. I am very appreciative of the manner in which they handled my repair and recommend this venue for anyone looking for QUALITY work and professionalism.

GB5 stars and 2 thumbs up from a very satisfied customer! I’ve only recently started going to Express Oil Change in Suffolk, but in that short time I’ve been very impressed by their team. Specifically, Mr. Lee was very helpful in explaining the status of my car and the services necessary/recommended. This location is approximately 20 minutes off of my normal commute but I find that is absolutely worth it. Both my oil change and state inspection were extremely fast. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this team to everyone.

GBImpeccable Customer Service Impeccable Customer Service! I cannot say enough about Bryant, Alex, Marquis, and Law at this location. These gentlemen really went out of their way to provide a customer service experience worth mentioning. I am definitely a 'letter writer,' so giving credit where credit is due is essential. After somewhat of a bumpy start, I was advised that my tires could not be rotated because I needed new tires. As a result, I purchased new tires and rear shocks from this location. I was advised of the 'pay in advance' protocol UP FRONT, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way regarding my service. What put this location over the top is that they acknowledged their errors, made a concerted effort to correct the issues, and also provided a tailor-made service for me—one that they do not usually afford customers, I am sure. *(Shouts out to Marquis for getting me safely to and from work! It is much appreciated!) In fact, I was told, "Customer service is one thing that we strive to do. If we mess it up, we will do our best to fix it." They went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed and my car was, indeed, fixed. As a very vocal customer, I commend this staff for getting the job done. I will most certainly continue to go to this location for all of my mechanical needs. My father always told me, "If you take care of the car, the car will take care of you." As long as I live in this area, Bryant, Alex, Marquise, and Law will be taking care of my car. Gentlemen, I am grateful.
