Very Satisfied This team was by far the best at great, quick service and communication. I enjoyed my time with Jazmine and Ashanti. They made me feel comfortable and accepted. I very much appreciate the service I was given and I most definitely plan on coming back like I always do. Good job girls!

Real men at Work I have never seen such a wonderful group of young men at work. They are respectful to the customers and literally go out of their way to make customers feel special. They did an excellent job on my car and I’ll continue to use them whenever I need anything else done to my car. Thanks so much Brandon and EOC❣️🙏‼️

Beyond exceptional customer service This review is for the location 5449 Platt Springs Rd, Lexington SC. The customer service continues to exceed my expectations. Once again they went out of their way to provide me a ride home while repairs were being completed on my vehicle. Ron the service manager used his personal vehicle and allowed me to make an additional stop along the way. This review should’ve taken place roughly a month ago when this occurred but because I’m looking for to returning to have my oil change I couldn’t return without completing this review. This place is the standard in which all businesses should strive for with customer service. Thanks again Ron and Dianne!

When no one else could, these guys did. After a reputable service center finished front end service work on my daughters Jeep, we left on a 1200 mile trip assured all was well with the front end, "you will have no problems" they said. Roughly 400 miles in with my daughter driving, the Jeep goes into the "death wobble" at roughly 65 mph. We are blessed she was able to get it back under control and off the road without injury to her or the Jeep. We were able to contact a shop on our route called Express Oil Change on Nolensville Pk in Nashville and they said they would take a look at it for us. THESE GUYS WERE SIMPLY AMAZING!!! After a couple days I drove back, loaded the Jeep and trailered it to them. Upon arrival I explained what happened and the store manager Brad, and Jac said "we'll get it figured out". At 60 years old, I thought, boy have I heard that before. Both guys jumped in the Jeep and took off to diagnose it. Came back shaking their heads surprised at the condition of the front end, put it on the rack and Rico took over. That guy Rico is a walking text book oozing with mechanical knowledge! To wrap up this already long review, they identified several issues, took care of all them and we immediately noticed a huge difference in the handling of the Jeep. Now, after several miles of driving and testing, this dad is confident....they got it right. Management at this location has successfully built a team that has exceptional mechanical ability, exceptional relational skills and exceptional ownership of a customers issues. In my experience, rarely are managers able to pull all 3 of these key aspects of customer service together at the excellent level. Did I say yet that THESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY AWESOME? Needless to say, if you have vehicle issues, I couldn't recommend anyone else but these guys. This from a very thankful father. 🙂

This location put up 2 trump flags… This location put up 2 trump flags outside in the parking lot. Then they took them down maybe because of the last review I left but now they just put an even bigger flag on an employee’s truck and parked the truck in the front of the business. Whoever is running this location is acting like a child or allows the employees to behave like children. I will happily take my business elsewhere.
