Easy communication & good service On time, easy to organise and make changes , friendly driver etc and direct contact with the driver which makes a difference

Great service Great service, punctual, polite & helpful drivers. Clean, new & updated cars. My 1st time using them to & from for airport pick up. Will definitely use this company again.

Drivers are hard to find Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)

wonderful company! The drivers are prompt, friendly, and professional; the vehicles used are beautiful and well maintained.
