Thank You China Car Service We enjoyed an excellent service from China Car Service. We tried, unsuccessfully, to book a car to take us to the Airport through our Hotels Concierge, however, they were unwilling to assist us. We looked on the internet for a service provider and found China Car Service. We advised our requirements, received a quotation, agreed, booked and advised the pick up time and location. China Car Service was there, right on time, in a modern van, which could take four executives and their luggage. Thank you China Car Service, you were excellent.

Pretty awesome Pretty awesome. A little pricey but I was very happy with the cars and individuals driving.

Easy communication & good service On time, easy to organise and make changes , friendly driver etc and direct contact with the driver which makes a difference

Drivers are hard to find Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)
