wonderful company! The drivers are prompt, friendly, and professional; the vehicles used are beautiful and well maintained. The company is quite good at communicating (they kept me updated via text on my mobile). I will absolutely use China Car Service the next time I am in Beijing and Shanghai. Thanks again!

Communications were generally very good… Communications were generally very good and prompt especially with Tina. Unfortunately I was unable to proceed with my bookings and therefore cannot speak for the efficiency or standard of the car service.

Drivers are hard to find Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)
