Prompt pick-up, was given instruction on immigration/customs at the border of Hong Kong and mainland China, driver me met on the other side and we continued our journey to drop-off point. Driver was very courteous, and spoke English well. The vehicle was clean, very comfortable, and equipped with device chargers. Well worth the money when considering all the things that could go wrong trying to take public transport to the border, and then finding your way to the destination on the other side, not being able to communicate in the language.

A Happy Customer First time going to Shenzhen from Hong Kong by car, transport was arranged before hand and we were met at Hong Kong International Airport by Mr Ricky Ng. He helped us with luggage, taught us how to clear immigration, it was a breeze to cross border by car. We were driven back to the airport by Ricky when we departed Shenzhen for Hong Kong International Airport too. Your driver is polite, courteous and very helpful, on top of being a safe driver. He drove us across to Shenzhen even though it was almost Typhoon 8 that day. Thank you Ricky, KUDOS, you do your job well and I am sure your company is proud of your services rendered.
