GBI agree with everyone's review of … I agree with everyone's review of Fleetistics. We should have done this sooner. We allow our employees to take their vehicles home, since they are on call 24/7. When calls come in, we dispatch the closest person. Saves time, increases productivity, and saves the company money

GBEvery business should have GPS Since we have installed the GPS is has made a big difference. We are now able to let our customers know where the technician is and when he will be there which makes the customer happy. It has allowed us to keep better track of our technicians and there hours so we are saving money on payroll. We are very happy with Fleetistics and our account manager who always is willing to help out with any questions and walk us through any of the GPS functions. We would recommend Fleetistics to anyone who is looking to improve there business customer service, save time and money.

GBWe have been using Fleetistics for a … We have been using Fleetistics for a little over a year now. Although, I can not complain about the "MyGeoTab" platform they currently have us on, I have to rate them with only two stars due to their staff. There staff is very inadequate, and make any type of communication with them the equivalent of pulling your teeth out. Something as simple as switching out or installing their equipment can be a nightmare due to their lack of communication and thought process. Many times I am left scratching my head on how these people function on a daily bases.
