Once we made the decision to use Fleetistics we were about to start our farming seasons and had very little time to get a large percentage of our fleet installed. Lynn had to adapt to multiple problems/issues that came up and she got us though them all in time. We are happy with the product and Lynn has been great. Her quick responses and professionalism are very appreciated. She has coordinated everything about or transition perfectly. We are very grateful for Lynn's help.

GBOutstanding Customer Service but a few website bugs Lynn was able to walk us through the entire demo, setup, and operating experience. She had timely follow-ups, and was very knowledgeable. Always cheery. Fleetistics web service is a big leap in our fleet management. Ease of use is impressive, but it also includes a lot of deep analytics and settings for anything we can conceive. There's even an API that we're planning to use to integrate with our operations software in the near future. Training was smooth. Only issues we've run into are: 1) the website seems to run best on Google Chrome only. 2) some of the minor website functions seem broken like cart checkout and password Reset

GBBrandon Santiago is your GO7 man Seriously, we looked at several options before deciding to go with Fleetistics. We took the leap of faith because of all the hands on training provided by Brandon and his availability to get answers quickly. Brandon was very patient with all the questions and hasn't stopped providing excellent service for the past year. We just added two more units and our savings for the fleet and the company have passed our expectations.

GBWish we had done it sooner We are new users but so far we are very pleased with the details the system provides and with the ease of using the system. We can definitely see the benefits relating to safety and cost reductions, we just wish we had started years ago.

GBInitial set-up and follow up. I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.
