Every business should have GPS Since we have installed the GPS is has made a big difference. We are now able to let our customers know where the technician is and when he will be there which makes the customer happy. It has allowed us to keep better track of our technicians and there hours so we are saving money on payroll. We are very happy with Fleetistics and our account manager who always is willing to help out with any questions and walk us through any of the GPS functions. Although, I can not complain about the "MyGeoTab" platform they currently have us on, I have to rate them with only two stars due to their staff. There staff is very inadequate, and make any type of communication with them the equivalent of pulling your teeth out. Something as simple as switching out or installing their equipment can be a nightmare due to their lack of communication and thought process. Many times I am left scratching my head on how these people function on a daily bases.

We had some issues with our truck being a bit older, we had to get a professional to install our tracker, but Brandon (our account consultant) has been there every step of the way. From setting up an appointment for an installer to come out, to checking in less than a week later to make sure everything is up to par. We as a small business appreciate the great customer service and the help that is always available. We are forever customers of FLEETISTICS and give kudos to our account consultant for someone we can always count on to answer any questions or concerns we have. We have already seen one of our drivers go from 20-40 hours of overtime each paycheck to only 5 this last paycheck. We are not only saving money but we are saving time which means more business! Initial set-up and follow up. I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Fleetistics is a great product with GREAT service! We changed GPS providers last year and selected Fleetistics as our vendor of choice and it was the right decision! The product is very sophisticated and the service is superior. Lynn Rios was/is a real help in working with us through the sales cycle and follows up periodically to confirm our satisfaction while Darryl Arnold is a real "Master" at training.
