GBLynn Rios We have been very happy with our account manager Lynn Rios. Once we made the decision to use Fleetistics we were about to start our farming seasons and had very little time to get a large percentage of our fleet installed. Lynn had to adapt to multiple problems/issues that came up and she got us though them all in time. We are happy with the product and Lynn has been great. Her quick responses and professionalism are very appreciated. She has coordinated everything about or transition perfectly. We are very grateful for Lynn's help.

GBOutstanding Customer Service but a few website bugs Lynn was able to walk us through the entire demo, setup, and operating experience. She had timely follow-ups, and was very knowledgeable. Always cheery. Fleetistics web service is a big leap in our fleet management. Ease of use is impressive, but it also includes a lot of deep analytics and settings for anything we can conceive. There's even an API that we're planning to use to integrate with our operations software in the near future. Training was smooth. Only issues we've run into are: 1) the website seems to run best on Google Chrome only. 2) some of the minor website functions seem broken like cart checkout and password Reset

GBGreat Product, Great Customer Service Everything we have wanted in a GPS company. Units are easy to install, website is user friendly, we can track which customer each tech is at and how long they were there. Also like that it notifies us of after hours usage, as well as any mechanical issues.

GBEvery business should have GPS Since we have installed the GPS is has made a big difference. We are now able to let our customers know where the technician is and when he will be there which makes the customer happy. It has allowed us to keep better track of our technicians and there hours so we are saving money on payroll. We are very happy with Fleetistics and our account manager who always is willing to help out with any questions and walk us through any of the GPS functions. We would recommend Fleetistics to anyone who is looking to improve there business customer service, save time and money.
