Great Product, Great Customer Service Everything we have wanted in a GPS company. Units are easy to install, website is user friendly, we can track which customer each tech is at and how long they were there. Also like that it notifies us of after hours usage, as well as any mechanical issues.

Fleetistics gives you the ability to manage your fleet and identify your problem area easily. Fleetistics staff works with you to customize their product to your needs. They provide the information that allows you to improve your fleet and driver performance dramatically. It is very easy to install and maintain. Reports come by text or email as frequently as you need them. Custom reports are no problem. Always know where every vehicle is and how that driver is performing. As a user for over five years, we could not do without it!

Initial set-up and follow up. I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.
