From the low pressure sales to the thorough presentation I was sold by the end of the conversation. We took the leap of faith because of all the hands on training provided by Brandon and his availability to get answers quickly. Brandon was very patient with all the questions and hasn't stopped providing excellent service for the past year. Initial set-up and follow up. I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.
