SPELAB’s customer service is above and… SPELAB’s customer service is above and beyond exceptional. I had a couple small issues but they were there to help in every way. WOW. Thanks guys! I purchased a CCV kit. This kit is Quality in craftsman ship. All I can say is 110%. Very nice to see people still care!!!

Incorrect order corrected with exceptional service I had ordered an exhaust pipe and for months, didn’t install. When i went to install, i noticed that a part was missing. When i reached out to their support staff, they were very fast at responding and worked with me to get the correct part i needed for the set. Although there was a shipping error, they handled it with professionalism and care.

The break I needed at the right time. My PCM and tuner crashed completely, I’m an independent contractor. If I’m not mobile, I’m not providing income. After lots of research awaiting the new PCM to arrive, I came across SPELab and Ordered H&S v1 mini maxx. My luck continued and I was contacted by customer service that the tuner was back ordered 10 days minimum. I politely responded with my situation, offered to pay the difference for a V2 if they could get it here ASAP! Not only did they send me a V2, they upgraded my tuner on the house. Finally being the source of Giving a guy a break. So thankful for their personable customer service that cared about my hardship enough to just give me the break I needed right when I needed it. Thank you SPE. You’ve got a life long customer after that.

Remote valves First off, lemme me begin by saying I installed dual remote valves on my 5.0 coyote mustang, and I swear it made the car amazing!!!!. The sound is incredible and the valves make me neighbors very happy that I can come home late and be quiet. Secondly, I did have an issue with the motors going out, but spelab tech support was there to help guide me through troubleshooting and helped me find a solution. I will continue to use their products and urge anyone that wants to really wake up their car, without waking up their neighbors, to do the same!!!!!

Great customer service I ordered 3 things all were shipped quickly and safely I also was incredibly impressed with the pricing. The 3.5" intake Horn was priced so well that I've told quite a few others about it. Worth it for sure! And every question I had was answered within a business day even on the weekend! Will definitely be ordering more parts for my Cummins here!
