Exceptional customer service!! I have bought and used many parts from spelab and have had no complaints with quality or fitment of parts. I have had one issue with receiving a package that was destroyed in shipping and lost most of the contents out of package. After I made customer support aware they immediately got me new parts shipped to me even tho it was not their fault. I still continue doing business with them regularly.

Tried talking through chat but the person I was talking to started calling me names. After the 3rd message they finally told me I was talking to the wrong department.

I emailed SPELAB and I was surprised by the response time and through email communication they explained what I needed to do on my end. March 21 I returned part via FedEx. They responded with tracking number for new shipment. Will update when product is received..

Great Customer Service and Very Professional and Understanding Great customer service very understanding, bought an electric cutoff about a month ago for some reason the little motor gave out that opens the flap. They sent me a replacement 2 days later. Very fast response and very professional. Definitely recommend!
