GBWarranty customer service I bought a 3” cutout and the original one lasted 1.5 years. I bought a replacement and after 3 months the butterfly plate fell out driving down the road. Spelab sent me a replacement under warranty. That one lasted 3 months before the same thing happened and the butterfly plate fell out going down the road. They agreed to send me another replacement. I can appreciate a company with this kind of customer service who stands behind the product and does the right thing by the customer!

GBGreat Customer Service and Very Professional and Understanding Great customer service very understanding, bought an electric cutoff about a month ago for some reason the little motor gave out that opens the flap. They sent me a replacement 2 days later. Very fast response and very professional. Definitely recommend!

GBIncorrect order corrected with exceptional service I had ordered an exhaust pipe and for months, didn’t install. When i went to install, i noticed that a part was missing. When i reached out to their support staff, they were very fast at responding and worked with me to get the correct part i needed for the set. Although there was a shipping error, they handled it with professionalism and care.

I emailed SPELAB and I was surprised by the response time and through email communication they explained what I needed to do on my end. March 21 I returned part via FedEx. They responded with tracking number for new shipment. Will update when product is received..

I purchased a CCV kit. This kit is Quality in craftsman ship. All I can say is 110%. Very nice to see people still care!!!
