Exceeded all my expectations My car is a bit of a unicorn, a 2015 Honda CrossTour. It is a fantastic car, but Honda stopped publishing its own two-volume service manuals with the 2012 model year. (This car was only produced from 2010-2015). For the most part, I can piece together what I need but I was stuck on something not contained in the 2012 manuals, which I have. Found an incredible Chilton manual covering the "face-lifted" model years 2013-2015 and purchased it. It is BEYOND thorough and the customer service I received from Alan Davis was over and above what I expected. The manual is so large I was lost so I emailed Alan for help and he showed me how to use the bookmark tab to get where I needed. It is extremely well-organized. The value I've received, even so far, is worth more than the price I paid. I now know exactly where the amplifier is for my car and also how to get to it to replace it. Highly recommended.

I buy dozens of service manuals for my… I buy dozens of service manuals for my repair business. They sent the correct manual, but it had to run in a virtual OS window. This window will not find my network printer, so, no deal. He then sent a pdf format but of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. Not a 2008 Suburban. He then sent the correct manual and it works and prints Part of the problem, as they explained to me, is that the newer manuals are subscription based and they have to transcribe the manuals manually section by section. It was a difficult transaction but I finally got something I can use. Hopefully they will be better at describing and delivering their products.
