Pretty good and thorough The wiring diagrams are great, colored, easy to read. But some of the exploded views are a little blurry with the torque values, you can make them out but just a lil of an inconvenience is all. They are working with me on finding a better solution to get me from 98% satisfied to 100. You'll see that you will get pretty quick responses from the customer service!

Strong Customer Commitment to Deliver In this case, there were some difficulties with the manuals originally delivered which made essential content unavailable. Alan and his team worked through the technical issues and delivered the expected product. So, this is a real seller that will deliver the materials for which you're paying. Order #2544

Above and beyond My truck is a bit of an oddball, split between generations and also a cab and chassis variant. So it wasn't a huge surprise when the manual I first received was for a newer truck. I wasn't sure what to expect as a first time customer, but my email requesting a service manual with my VIN and build sheet was answered quickly, and Alan was able to locate and send the correct manual within a day. Truly amazing customer service, and will definitely be back for future manual needs! Thanks again!

Alan was awesome Alan was awesome! I had issues getting this file from 3 other companies and also obtained a corrupt file here as well but unlike the other companies, Alan responded and provided me with the file needed. He also sent the extra mile to put the file in. Pdf format which I really wanted anyway!!! Will be purchasing more in about 2 weeks! Thanks Alan, Joshe Martin

Impossible to Use While it's probably true that they give you the complete manual, you need to have a GM account to access the necessary links within the manual. Without these links, it's nearly impossible to find detailed information about a specific topic. The manual does have a TOC, but not an index and the TOC lacks the detail to find specific items. Even when you do find your subject, specific detail about the system are accessed via the embedded links, which require a GM account. Also, there are so many pages in the manual that it takes a very, very long time to do a word search.
