Above and beyond My truck is a bit of an oddball, split between generations and also a cab and chassis variant. So it wasn't a huge surprise when the manual I first received was for a newer truck. I wasn't sure what to expect as a first time customer, but my email requesting a service manual with my VIN and build sheet was answered quickly, and Alan was able to locate and send the correct manual within a day. Pretty good and thorough The wiring diagrams are great, colored, easy to read. But some of the exploded views are a little blurry with the torque values, you can make them out but just a lil of an inconvenience is all. They are working with me on finding a better solution to get me from 98% satisfied to 100. You'll see that you will get pretty quick responses from the customer service!
