Waste of time Waste of time. You give them references they never call, ignore your emails only to replay after 2 months. Avoid at all costs.

Sarah DiMuro Cincinnati OH office is… Sarah DiMuro Cincinnati OH office is unresponsive and unprofessional in my personal opinion. I had to chase people down to get a recruiter to even return my call inquiring to work with RH. Once I got someone (Sarah) she did arrange a call to discuss my set up. We did get an interview and assignment arranged but after that, it was back to chasing her down for any help. Whatever help I got was minimal at best as well. After multiple attempts at trying to set up my drug screening, I had to start the new position with little information (not even sure if I was supposed to show up or not) I did the professional thing and did show (client was surprised to see me as they too didnt know what Sarah was arranging) I did have to leave the first afternoon to go out for that drug screening because she fell short setting up prior to or even sending any correspondence to me regarding it. I continued to reach out several times for assistance in logging hours and setting up direct pay. She did send an email once but it wasnt helpful and reaching back to her got me nowhere. I Googled the steps and set myself up that way. I reached out eventually when there was a problem at the end of my first week, where my new manager became confrontational and I didn't know what to do. I emailed Sarah from work and told her I needed assistance in how to handle this and she told me she wasn't available but would get with me after work hours. I finished my day, so to remain professional but ultimately I ended my assignment after not hearing from Sarah and having to discuss with HR on site. Sarah never called me, didn't email as promised, nothing. She finally reached out a few days later on a Sunday afternoon. I missed the call and she left a VM so I returned her call and left and also left an email with no response. I followed up on my login/payment issues several more times this week to confirm I had in fact set it up correctly, now that my assignment had ended. Days later she responded and said she would push it through. Of course payday comes (today), no deposit no pay (as I fully anticipated because of her lack of concern on the matter prior to) I reached out she said she would look into it, 4 hours went by its Friday and I'm at least looking to know if it's in the works. She responded that she has to wait on a group of other administrators to review and do their part on this and it's out of her control. She only responded because at this point I have included my thoughts on how unprofessional she is and that her lack of concern for anyone attempting to work through RH is really showing. It was only shortly after that I got an auto email that my time card had just then been reviewed and submitted (it was due to payout today not be submitted today.) Needless to say I will disassociate myself with RH and working with Sarah. She has zero time management skills. It shouldn't be this hard for an eager young professional to at least establish themselves with a recruiter, I have been all but begging to do good work. If work is unavailable that is one thing but that is not my issue. Sarah was unprepared and unprofessional and continues to show her lack of desire to assist me in most ways while working with RH. My experience with RH was not a good one due to the lack of concern and lack of help with responding to emails, calls and inquiries. There was no help or assistance in an uncomfortable professional setting when needed. I followed the professional steps and when I needed assistance my recruiter was nowhere to be found and did a terrible job at even half way saving face and checking in at a later time. I will be letting others know this and to avoid RH for those reasons, as I journey through an already stressful compromising time. Update- I have since been sent job offers by other recruiter members for positions and assignments I have NO EXPERIENCE IN! I don't know if it's to save face, to say they're helping when they aren't or just a mistake? Either way, they have now reached out for responses from me on a specific position that requires specific training that pertains to me in no way. I have no prior history in training in this field. It it not helpful in anyway.

Robert Half = Total Time Waster I have found Robert Half to be totally and unequivocally useless in the job search. They are horrible at follow-up and follow through and many of those job vacancies turn out to be bogus. A complete and utter waste of time. They send you on a wild goose chase on many of their postings. You're more productive looking up jobs on your own than working through them. The only thing Robert Half was good at was wasting my time.

I dealt with Harry Durkin who contacted… I dealt with Harry Durkin who contacted me about a vacancy and asked me to send him a copy of my C.V. Which I did in December 2023. I sent him a text requesting an update at the beginning of January 2024 and was ghosted until on 19 January I sent him a text threatening to give and Robert the publicity they deserved on LinkedIn. Received a text message immediately from Harry informing me the employer had pulled the job and because he had been busy he forgot to notify me and promised it wouldn’t happen again. I have written to him asking him to remove all information about me from their records as per the GDPR regulations as I am only willing to deal with professionals. Highly unprofessional organisation who give recruiters a bad reputation.
