I should’ve cancelled my reservation… I should’ve cancelled my reservation when they changed the pickup location but I didn’t after I dropped my rental off they charged me late fees and extra a extra day fee and a charge fee when I disputed the charges Turo did not wanna refund my money even tho I had proof I dropped the car off on time. Shady business

I love heather and husband they are… I love heather and husband they are amazing host. They respond back right away the car are nice a clean. I had bad experience with another host cause I couldn’t wait for Mrs Heather have cars available so I had to go with someone else I made a mistake so I know next time to wait on Mrs Heather cars. Being a host for Turo Being a host for Turo, I can say it’s a lot more easier being the guest. Turo prices are competitive and you know what you are getting when you are renting a car on the platform and not something similar. The verbiage other car rental places use.

Not an again. Pick up and drop off procedures were more convoluted than I have ever experienced. I may have been more receptive if it was a Vette or Lamborghini , but an Eco boost Mustang?? Just an unnecessary pain in the ass. My solution will be to use other vendors that I have used previously devoid of jumping through all the hoops.

Christopher is a great host Christopher is a great host. I had more than a few changes to my flights by Spirit airline and Christopher was more than willing to accommodate those changes. He is responsive, polite and professional. The car was well maintained and clean with a full tank of gas when I picked it up for my trip. I highly recommend Christopher as a Turo host.
