Not an again. Pick up and drop off procedures were more convoluted than I have ever experienced. I may have been more receptive if it was a Vette or Lamborghini , but an Eco boost Mustang?? Just an unnecessary pain in the ass. My solution will be to use other vendors that I have used previously devoid of jumping through all the hoops.

Auto clean and dependable; owner friendly. The auto was clean and dependable. I had some difficulty finding it, based on my experience of vehicles previously always on the street. However, the owner was quickly responsive to my request for help. The owner also queried me during the rental period to see if everything was going OK. I would certainly rent from this owner again.

I had bad experience with another host cause I couldn’t wait for Mrs Heather have cars available so I had to go with someone else I made a mistake so I know next time to wait on Mrs Heather cars. The car was great The car was great; pickup was good but directions were not specific enough; was at wrong garage initially. I love the ability to choose a specific car so you know what you are going to get. Like to try new cars or get one just like I have at home, so simple to operate. My host was good at responding to any issues.
