Auto clean and dependable; owner friendly. The auto was clean and dependable. I had some difficulty finding it, based on my experience of vehicles previously always on the street. However, the owner was quickly responsive to my request for help. The owner also queried me during the rental period to see if everything was going OK. I would certainly rent from this owner again.

A pleasant car experience The process was good and very well oriented through the app. The experience with the car was great as well the host interaction. There is a great variety of vehicles and availability according the desired date. Things that would make this platform even better is to have some eventual deals or promo codes, and a bit more incentive or partnership with rideshare companies to make even more seamless the process to go pick up the vehicle.

I should’ve cancelled my reservation… I should’ve cancelled my reservation when they changed the pickup location but I didn’t after I dropped my rental off they charged me late fees and extra a extra day fee and a charge fee when I disputed the charges Turo did not wanna refund my money even tho I had proof I dropped the car off on time. Shady business

Quick and easy Quick and easy. The inline messaging service and notifications are invaluable. As well as the ability to modify your trip. I am a bit sad as I tried to leave my last host a stellar review / recommendation - but poor internet (in the back of an Uber) lost that forever and I have no means to reconcile that.

GREAT HOST! Loved the easy communication and fast responses with host. Even though we had an issue during the trip(NOT vehicle related), which made me late to return van, the host was understanding and friendly.
