The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Wonderful When calling a dumpster company, your expectations aren't necessarily high- but Michele and her crew blow me away. They take the time to give recommendations, and really understand what you're trying to dispose of. They help you make a decision for a bin that is the most reasonable and economical. You can always call and talk directly to a person- which is rare these days. They make all of the instructions very clear, and customer service is clearly a high priority. I am a life time customer. Their prices are reasonable and you can get a pick up scheduled next day. Thank you guys!!

Excellent service From the moment I made the initial call, I found everyone that I dealt with very professional and courteous. No hidden fees or surprises. And the driver that dropped it off was extremely helpful also, placing it exactly where I wanted it and showing me how to operate the door. I would not hesitate for a second using this company again.

Great Way to Get Rid of Junk Stored in a Basement Had to sell my Mother's home on short notice and did not realize how much junk she had collected for 30+ years. Dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly as scheduled with no damage to the driveway. Had plywood for the dumpster to sit on - definitely recommend doing that. Ended up getting a second one after filling the first. Filled the second one too! Highly recommend this company.

Disappointed We have used Next Day Dumpsters before without any problems. However, this time around when removing the dumpster there was damage done to the driveway even though precautions were taken to lay plywood down to protect it. We have made numerous calls about damage done to the driveway and have not gotten much of a response in the way of remedying the situation.
