Staff friendly but delivery of dumpster was later than promised & received over weight fee While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.

Disappointed We have used Next Day Dumpsters before without any problems. However, this time around when removing the dumpster there was damage done to the driveway even though precautions were taken to lay plywood down to protect it. We have made numerous calls about damage done to the driveway and have not gotten much of a response in the way of remedying the situation.

Super easy to deal with. They were great. They communicated well and delivered exactly as promised. They were also able to cancel an order from me to swap dumpsters just a couple of hours before it was scheduled to happen even though I contacted them about it after normal business hours.

Our Next Day Dumpster Rental Was Great The people that I dealt with from the Next Day Dumpster company were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the order right on the 1st call. The order process was very simple. The container was delivered on time, and placed in the exact spot requested. After the dumpster was picked up ...this is the big one ***THERE WERE NO OTHER FEES CHARGED ***. Over all, renting from Next Day Dumpster was a wonderful experience, and I recommend them Highly.

Wonderful When calling a dumpster company, your expectations aren't necessarily high- but Michele and her crew blow me away. They take the time to give recommendations, and really understand what you're trying to dispose of. They help you make a decision for a bin that is the most reasonable and economical. You can always call and talk directly to a person- which is rare these days. They make all of the instructions very clear, and customer service is clearly a high priority. I am a life time customer. Their prices are reasonable and you can get a pick up scheduled next day. Thank you guys!!
