The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Will be using them again, Next day dumpsters made life simple when it was complicated empting out a house going for sale. The driver(s) were polite and professional. The staff on the phone were polite and accommodating. This house isnt empty yet. once it is sold we will need another dumpster for the final cleaning.

Cleaning out my junk was so easy! My first dumpster experience, and it was great. I had to call and change the delivery day 3 different times due to the February blizzard. Every call was handled efficiently and friendly. Ultimately, the dumpster was delivered specially for me early on Saturday morning. After unloading the dumpster the driver showed me how to open and close the door, and gave me some tips on the best way to load my stuff. When I was finished getting rid of my junk, I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the dumpster was gone by 8 am the next morning. Couldn't have been a better experience from beginning to end.

Wonderful When calling a dumpster company, your expectations aren't necessarily high- but Michele and her crew blow me away. They take the time to give recommendations, and really understand what you're trying to dispose of. They help you make a decision for a bin that is the most reasonable and economical. You can always call and talk directly to a person- which is rare these days. They make all of the instructions very clear, and customer service is clearly a high priority. I am a life time customer. Their prices are reasonable and you can get a pick up scheduled next day. Thank you guys!!

An Easy Experience After reading so many horror stories from people who rented dumpsters, I was pleased that everything was straight forward with Next Day. They explained everything, emails confirmed what they had told me over the phone, and invoices were exactly as they had quoted. I would definitely use them again.
