late pick up We got the dumpster no problem--getting rid of it was another issue. I was told that it would be picked up on a date one week after its arrival. It was finally picked up 1.5 weeks later than I was told it would be and after I made several phone calls to the company. It became annoying to have it occupy a parking spot and I was getting concerned that we were going to be stuck with it!

Great Way to Get Rid of Junk Stored in a Basement Had to sell my Mother's home on short notice and did not realize how much junk she had collected for 30+ years. Dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly as scheduled with no damage to the driveway. Had plywood for the dumpster to sit on - definitely recommend doing that. Ended up getting a second one after filling the first. Filled the second one too! Highly recommend this company.

Easy and efficient service Ordering a dumpster does not get easier than calling Next Day Dumpster. The staff is helpful and take the time to discuss your needs/project to ensure the proper size container is delivered. The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Great overall experience!

The order process was very simple. The container was delivered on time, and placed in the exact spot requested. Wonderful When calling a dumpster company, your expectations aren't necessarily high- but Michele and her crew blow me away. They take the time to give recommendations, and really understand what you're trying to dispose of. They help you make a decision for a bin that is the most reasonable and economical. You can always call and talk directly to a person- which is rare these days. They make all of the instructions very clear, and customer service is clearly a high priority. I am a life time customer.
