Great experience! Our dumpster wasn't delivered on original drop off date, but when I called to inquire, they immediately looked into the issue, promptly fixed it, and even upgraded us to next size up at no extra charge. Great customer service. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

An Easy Experience After reading so many horror stories from people who rented dumpsters, I was pleased that everything was straight forward with Next Day. They explained everything, emails confirmed what they had told me over the phone, and invoices were exactly as they had quoted. I would definitely use them again.

Will be using them again, Next day dumpsters made life simple when it was complicated empting out a house going for sale. The driver(s) were polite and professional. The staff on the phone were polite and accommodating. This house isnt empty yet. once it is sold we will need another dumpster for the final cleaning.

A+ Experience Excellent experience. We needed a dumpster quickly, and as their name suggests, it was delivered the next day. In fact, by 7 am. The person in the office was very knowledgeable in helping us decide what size dumpster to order. She also was very clear in explaining the cost, what could be in the dumpster, etc. As promised, when we were finished, they picked up the dumpster as planned. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a dumpster for whatever reason. Will use again if ever needed.

Staff friendly but delivery of dumpster was later than promised & received over weight fee While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.
