Staff friendly but delivery of dumpster was later than promised & received over weight fee While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.

Easy and efficient service Ordering a dumpster does not get easier than calling Next Day Dumpster. The staff is helpful and take the time to discuss your needs/project to ensure the proper size container is delivered. The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Great overall experience!

late pick up We got the dumpster no problem--getting rid of it was another issue. I was told that it would be picked up on a date one week after its arrival. It was finally picked up 1.5 weeks later than I was told it would be and after I made several phone calls to the company. It became annoying to have it occupy a parking spot and I was getting concerned that we were going to be stuck with it!

Excellent service From the moment I made the initial call, I found everyone that I dealt with very professional and courteous. No hidden fees or surprises. And the driver that dropped it off was extremely helpful also, placing it exactly where I wanted it and showing me how to operate the door. I would not hesitate for a second using this company again.
