Great experience! Our dumpster wasn't delivered on original drop off date, but when I called to inquire, they immediately looked into the issue, promptly fixed it, and even upgraded us to next size up at no extra charge. Great customer service. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

late pick up We got the dumpster no problem--getting rid of it was another issue. I was told that it would be picked up on a date one week after its arrival. It was finally picked up 1.5 weeks later than I was told it would be and after I made several phone calls to the company. It became annoying to have it occupy a parking spot and I was getting concerned that we were going to be stuck with it!

my only problem was not with Next Day Dumpsters Awesome experience. Price a little above what I thought I wanted to pay until I got my project started and realized what I would have paid and the effort and time it would have taken to haul everything away myself. My only regret is that because I live in a townhouse community I needed it picked up ASAP because neighbors started trying to use the dumpster, and with the restrictions I couldn't chance inappropriate items would be pu inside. Easy and efficient service Ordering a dumpster does not get easier than calling Next Day Dumpster. The staff is helpful and take the time to discuss your needs/project to ensure the proper size container is delivered. The only item to be aware of is to make sure you call 24 hours ahead for pickup-- even if you rent for a specified period of time. Call to ensure the delivery and pickup times are arranged. Great overall experience!

Convenient but expensive. Next day dumpsters has quick and reliable service but the $11 per day fee and the extremely low weight limits tend to double the expected cost of the service. Beware. A $400 rental usually ends up costing around $750 once all is said and done.
