GBDisappointed We have used Next Day Dumpsters before without any problems. However, this time around when removing the dumpster there was damage done to the driveway even though precautions were taken to lay plywood down to protect it. We have made numerous calls about damage done to the driveway and have not gotten much of a response in the way of remedying the situation.

GBStaff friendly but delivery of dumpster was later than promised & received over weight fee While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.

GBGreat Way to Get Rid of Junk Stored in a Basement Had to sell my Mother's home on short notice and did not realize how much junk she had collected for 30+ years. Dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly as scheduled with no damage to the driveway. Had plywood for the dumpster to sit on - definitely recommend doing that. Ended up getting a second one after filling the first. Filled the second one too! Highly recommend this company.

GBConvenient but expensive. Next day dumpsters has quick and reliable service but the $11 per day fee and the extremely low weight limits tend to double the expected cost of the service. Beware. A $400 rental usually ends up costing around $750 once all is said and done.
