Smooth in smooth out. Personable staff and good value for the $$. Especially the pro-rated weight above the allowance. I laid down some pressboard upon which to locate the dumpster. Probably advisable if on a concrete or other hardened surface. thumbs up!

Staff friendly but delivery of dumpster was later than promised & received over weight fee While the reservation staff and the delivery staff was very friendly, the dumpster arrived at 7:00 PM , at least 5 hours later than promised. The driver was working overtime to get all the dumpsters delivered. Calls to the contact number were answered as long as it was during business hours, but after 5:00 I left a voice mail which was acknowledged the next morning. Pickup was attempted as scheduled , and the driver wisely rescheduled due to the snow and ice. While we were told the fee only covered 3 tons, it ended up being 4 tons. I was surprised at the overage and I believe it was attributed to the amount of snow and ice that accumulated in the dumpster. When I asked about it via email, I received no response. I would use this organization again, but I'd be more aware of what to expect. I would definitely ask what percentage of their dumpsters end up being overweight.

Disappointed We have used Next Day Dumpsters before without any problems. However, this time around when removing the dumpster there was damage done to the driveway even though precautions were taken to lay plywood down to protect it. We have made numerous calls about damage done to the driveway and have not gotten much of a response in the way of remedying the situation.

Cleaning out my junk was so easy! My first dumpster experience, and it was great. I had to call and change the delivery day 3 different times due to the February blizzard. Every call was handled efficiently and friendly. Ultimately, the dumpster was delivered specially for me early on Saturday morning. After unloading the dumpster the driver showed me how to open and close the door, and gave me some tips on the best way to load my stuff. When I was finished getting rid of my junk, I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the dumpster was gone by 8 am the next morning. Couldn't have been a better experience from beginning to end.

late pick up We got the dumpster no problem--getting rid of it was another issue. I was told that it would be picked up on a date one week after its arrival. It was finally picked up 1.5 weeks later than I was told it would be and after I made several phone calls to the company. It became annoying to have it occupy a parking spot and I was getting concerned that we were going to be stuck with it!
