First Experience with SH After getting off to a rocky start, things were taken care of promptly. I have recommended that a correction be made to the website to show the correct lights when shopping for under with the "shop by vehicle" option. I was sent an incorrect set, and one of the lights on my correct set did not function. The company responded and even though i had to pay a fee (or shipping im sure), the lights appeared just two days later. Customer service helped rectify the problem and now i just have to install the new bulbs.

Customer service professionalism It was my first experience with SilverHolder. I ordered headlights for my car and didn’t specify a trim, so I got different type (good quality btw). After I received my package and realised that bulbs don’t fit my car I contacted support team to ask for an exchange. Within an hour I received a response and gave more details about my order. They offered me a good deal to fix my problem. Support team did a great job with a really fast response time. Now I’m waiting for my headlight set and super excited to install them. Definitely will buy from SilverHolder again. P.S. make sure to choose your car’s trim!

The headlights stopped working in 7… The headlights stopped working in 7 months. Spoke to them in September 2023.sent a video of defective light and was told a new pair was in the mail. 7 Months later and have not received the replacement. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They beautifully light up the road and make driving at night more comfortable. I highly recommend getting a pair of fog lights to complete the look. Plus the price point is fair.
