GBGreat service, turnaround, and price! On Friday afternoon at 1:30, I called because my car was making noise that did not sound good. The problem was diagnosed quickly. They were able to fix it before the end of the day. The quote that I received was what I paid to the penny! No extra work was recommended. In fact, when I asked if the bearing on the other side should be replaced, I was told that it wasn't necessary at this time, so only the work needed was done. It's only been a couple of days since the repair, and I have already recommended this place to 3 people. I will definitely be going back.

GBI am very satisfied with my experience … I am very satisfied with my experience at Cottman. My final cost came in at exactly the amount I was quoted. I also appreciated the professionalism of Rob Whitestone as well as his courtesy and focus on customer service/satisfaction. GBRob and his crew took on a project … Rob and his crew took on a project unusual for them, and have been diligent and fair in completing the work. I'm more than pleased, and would highly commend them. This is an older vehicle, with many modifications, which many shops would turn their noses up at. They've got me back on the road and running!
