GBAbsolutely Horrible Absolutely Horrible. NEVER put your most valuable assets (your employees) through this gauntlet of hell. Step 1: Make all of your employees remember some random and ridiculous 6-8 digit code, just to login. Step 2: Make a design that is so insanely difficult to maneuver, that everyone will fail and you will spend your HR life correcting everyone and training and re-training and re-training Step 3: spend your days looking for something, anything else to replace it.

GBFed Up Like most here leaving a review; their customer service is horrible. I constantly receive Notices demanding me to take action so they can file tax returns. Each quarter for three quarters now, they require me to log into the taxing agency to authorize them as the TPA or they can'f file timely returns. Each quarter, I waste my time to confirm they have TPA authority and then push back on service. Who confirms they do have authority and this Notice is just a reminder. That's not what the notice states. It states I didn't authorize it and they can't file them. "Reminder" is no where in the Notice and they state they can't file our returns. This is just one issue. Their IT security is a joke as well. You can process a payroll check (with completely funding of it) without any problem or required verification code. However, if want to look up an employees simple phone number, you have to ask for a security code and enter it before it will display if one is in the system. (Keep in mind you can issue payroll checks without it) but you need it to see a phone number!?! Yes, an employee phone number! They claim its for security, but you can find back doors to most everything in their security platform. It's a joke. Everything, except that employee phone number. And lets be honest. I am the one who gave them the phone number. Stupid!...no one will listen to a complaint but they will attempt to sell you more services, claiming it is going to help foster employee relationships. This company is just half baked as their payroll system. You might as well do it yourself.

GBPoor all around I am a small business owner and was switched from My Pay, who were poor, to Paylocity by my Accounting firm. The switch was made because so many of their clients were having problems with My Pay. Unfortunately Paylocity are as bad if not worse. Contact can be very difficult and rarely solves the issue in one go. Given payroll deadlines this causes all sorts of problems getting it submitted on time. At set up they tell you how much they will take care of you etc and then of course they all disappear and leave you in the hands of what I believe is a Fillipino customer service via e-mail. Set up was done by my CPA and Paylocity and all the problems seem to arise from there. I am going to be changing both my CPA and Payroll company as they both hide behind such statements as its not our responsibility yet they charge you $5000 for their expert advice.

GBReceived a Call about problems with… Received a Call about problems with receiving my medical reimbursement. Told I was verifying the account wrong. Even though verify 3 times and sent screenshots. Tried to explain that I kept getting emails but the person would not listen or let me talk. Rep kept saying I needed to listen and stop talking rude, rude, rude. It's my money and then told I would be getting a paper check. Even though I had an email that my check was being deposited. Not sure if I should wait for 10 days for the check in the mail or if it will be in the bank account. Not helpful and this person maybe shouldn't be in customer service poor representation of the company.

GBStay away from the ATS. The HRIS is fine...I don't know much about customer support (as reading other reviews), but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average. They sell you on an "open API", but very few integrations actually work. If you want the ATS to integrate with anything, be prepared to get scoped $20,000+ for the other company to build the integration. Every time I call in I get a note that says "your account manager is unavailable". Also, when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS, you also have to sign up for JobTarget, which is $1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed. Very frustrating onboarding/implementation as well...one of the worst I've ever been a part of.
