GBStay away from the ATS. The HRIS is fine...I don't know much about customer support (as reading other reviews), but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average. They sell you on an "open API", but very few integrations actually work. If you want the ATS to integrate with anything, be prepared to get scoped $20,000+ for the other company to build the integration. Every time I call in I get a note that says "your account manager is unavailable". Also, when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS, you also have to sign up for JobTarget, which is $1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed. Very frustrating onboarding/implementation as well...one of the worst I've ever been a part of.

GBWe recently switched from ADP to… We recently switched from ADP to Paylocity and were very excited about it. The excitement didn't last long. They sell you on a full service experience with all of these perks, when in reality, their implementation process is terrible. The team assigned to us would continuously make mistakes and leave it up to us to fix them. When we pushed back and told them to fix their own mistakes, they took forever. Their customer service is awful. They tell you you will receive a response within 24 hours but the customer service rep won't respond for days. The entire experience from start to now has been awful! Makes me want to go back to ADP. I wouldn't recommend switching to Paylocity. The frustration and poor customer service isn't worth it.

GBI pulled up my Google account to add a… I pulled up my Google account to add a password. I had warning to change my password for Paylocity because it said there had been a security breach and my information had been found on the dark web. I reached out to my company and never received a reply. All I want to know is if this is true and do I have anything to worry about.

GBAbsolutely Horrible Absolutely Horrible. NEVER put your most valuable assets (your employees) through this gauntlet of hell. Step 1: Make all of your employees remember some random and ridiculous 6-8 digit code, just to login. Step 2: Make a design that is so insanely difficult to maneuver, that everyone will fail and you will spend your HR life correcting everyone and training and re-training and re-training Step 3: spend your days looking for something, anything else to replace it.

GBI would say Paylocity is okay I would say Paylocity is okay. I dont like the customer service process, but Im sure they are trying to improve. At my current company we use it for payroll and onboarding, I wanted to see if they ATS was good, but def. not good enough.
