Garbage glitchy and poor customer… Garbage glitchy and poor customer service. I absolutely loathe using this system for timesheets. You frequently lose all your entries and are provided 'an error occurred' after painstaking entry of all of your time data and notes etc. It times out without warning and you lose your work. You have to page through sections for each category of time and each project for that specific category. When you copy rows, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. It is buggy, cumbersome and a total waste of time. If you log a complaint, it first needs to go through the HR rep wasting more time and then customer service does not seem to understand the issues or else they are aware of the issues and say, 'yeah, that happens sometimes' There is no zero star option but this software is the worst quality for timesheets. I know my boss hates it for other manager-viewpoint reasons. Nobody wants to track their time because it is such horible software.

Their word is meaningless!! I am anything but impressed by them. My company switched to them about 6 weeks ago from ADP. We are a freight Brokerage with several subsidiary trucking companies. I am number one driver and helped CEO build trucking side. I spoke with him today about problems. I have 4 paper checks from them nobody outside Chase Bank will cash which screams a problem! On top majority of drivers and office personnel have still not received there current deposits as of Saturday the 14th. My recommendation to him.. "Switch back to ADP before lose so many employees for non payment of wages it bankrupts us!! They've already admitted its their fault and promised would be fixed today yet done nothing! Obviously nobody can or should run a business that way, their word is absolutely meaningless!!!

We switched from ADP to Paylocity We switched from ADP to Paylocity - what a dream. This company knows what they are doing; their customer service is informed and prompt in replying. The software is VERY user friendly; the payroll tax returns are easy to find and download. If you are using ADP - I HIGHLY recommend switching to Paylocity; the conversion was so simple and this is just a great company.

Stay away from the ATS. The HRIS is fine...I don't know much about customer support (as reading other reviews), but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average. They sell you on an "open API", but very few integrations actually work. If you want the ATS to integrate with anything, be prepared to get scoped $20,000+ for the other company to build the integration. Every time I call in I get a note that says "your account manager is unavailable". Also, when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS, you also have to sign up for JobTarget, which is $1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed. Very frustrating onboarding/implementation as well...one of the worst I've ever been a part of.

I had warning to change my password for Paylocity because it said there had been a security breach and my information had been found on the dark web. I reached out to my company and never received a reply. All I want to know is if this is true and do I have anything to worry about.
