Haven't ridden yet (that's next… Haven't ridden yet (that's next month!), but the on-line reservation process was straightforward & easy. It's nice to know that we have a ride secured, after a long day of travel to an airport that we don't know our way around very well. Better than renting a car, navigating unfamiliar roads, and having to worry about parking and rental return at the other end.

Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.

The reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.

Fantastic Home-to-Airport Service I had a great experience Rush Hour Limo via Shuttlefare. The driver, Jean Cadet, was very professional. He texted me about 30 minutes prior to notify me that he was en route and texted again once he was outside (he arrived 7 minutes early). He was dressed professionally and the vehicle was clean and professionally appealing. Jean loaded all of the bags into the vehicle and made sure the young children were adequately seated before departing. Once at the airport, he unloaded everything and made sure we were good to go before departing.

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!
