Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.

Isaias Reis was such a wonderful driver… Isaias Reis was such a wonderful driver and pick up and host to us. Fantastic service great communication so friendly could not ask for a better person to pick us up after a long flight. Both times bang on time no issues at all and great price also. Would recommend this pick up to anyone looking and if they are lucky enough to get Isaias they are getting more than value for money. Can’t thank him enough 😃

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

The reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.

Excellent Total Experience! The communication was claer and informative after I made the reservation, and the driver who picked us up at the airport (same one who returned us there) was professional and courteous...and on time (even though the pick up was at 4:00 AM).
