Good service Roundtrip price was less expensive then if I booked each trip separately with Uber. They communicated through text and were somewhat prompt to respond. Driver information was transmitted before pickup and they got me to where I was going. Overall a good experience.

Corrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.
