GBHaven't ridden yet (that's next… Haven't ridden yet (that's next month!), but the on-line reservation process was straightforward & easy. It's nice to know that we have a ride secured, after a long day of travel to an airport that we don't know our way around very well. Better than renting a car, navigating unfamiliar roads, and having to worry about parking and rental return at the other end.

GBGreat rates, reservations pre-scheduled, AWESOME I worried about pre-scheduling a ride to the airport for 5 adult passengers with luggage. I looked for options online and found Shuttlefare. What a relief! Registration and scheduling a ride from home to the airport was a painless process. Rates and options were listed. I was able to choose the best rate and option to fit our need. I received immediate confirmation of the transaction. Thanks very much!

GBCorrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. Price was extremely reasonable and our driver was most pleasing. Engaged us in conversation and made a thirty minute ride seem like minutes!

GBThe reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.
