GBThe reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.

GBFantastic service and communication Fantastic service and communication. We utilized the site last minute before our departing flight. Our pick up person at our destination airport couldn’t make it because our flight had been delayed. So we arrived much later than expected. This was an easy process and made it less stressful. Our ride scheduled thru lift was excellent. Communication and follow up was excellent. Such a great website. I will use it again for sure!

GBShuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

GBHaven't ridden yet (that's next… Haven't ridden yet (that's next month!), but the on-line reservation process was straightforward & easy. It's nice to know that we have a ride secured, after a long day of travel to an airport that we don't know our way around very well. Better than renting a car, navigating unfamiliar roads, and having to worry about parking and rental return at the other end.
