What a relief! Registration and scheduling a ride from home to the airport was a painless process. Rates and options were listed. I was able to choose the best rate and option to fit our need. Smooth and efficient As soon as the plane landed, I received text giving instructions to catch the Lyft ordered. The plane arrived 30 min early. We were shortly with the driver to our destination. The key point for this smooth operation was due to the dispatcher who was in constant communication. The pick up area was 31B.

Asked For ShuttleFare, Got Uber! An odd experience that worked out great...I tried to schedule an Uber ride from the Denver airport to my hotel a few days in advance, but Uber said no drivers were available. I immediately checked with Shuttlefare, and it got me an Uber ride! When the time came for my ride, Shuttlefare texted me instructions that led to the Uber ride, telling me who the Uber driver was, her phone number, and the car she was driving. Shuttlefare also asked for confirmation that I got my ride to make sure everything went well, which it did. Thanks, Shuttlefare!

Fantastic Home-to-Airport Service I had a great experience Rush Hour Limo via Shuttlefare. The driver, Jean Cadet, was very professional. He texted me about 30 minutes prior to notify me that he was en route and texted again once he was outside (he arrived 7 minutes early). He was dressed professionally and the vehicle was clean and professionally appealing. Jean loaded all of the bags into the vehicle and made sure the young children were adequately seated before departing. Once at the airport, he unloaded everything and made sure we were good to go before departing.

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!
