Corrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. Awesome service Our driver met us at Tahiti Int airport with a sign & two lei! He had the details for our accommodation & even stayed with us until he knew we were inside. In addition he had cold bottles of water for us & insisted on carrying our two suitcases. A wonderful welcome & service at 1.30am

Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.
