GBI would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

GBHaven't ridden yet (that's next… Haven't ridden yet (that's next month!), but the on-line reservation process was straightforward & easy. It's nice to know that we have a ride secured, after a long day of travel to an airport that we don't know our way around very well. Better than renting a car, navigating unfamiliar roads, and having to worry about parking and rental return at the other end.

NZAwesome service Our driver met us at Tahiti Int airport with a sign & two lei! He had the details for our accommodation & even stayed with us until he knew we were inside. In addition he had cold bottles of water for us & insisted on carrying our two suitcases. A wonderful welcome & service at 1.30am

GBShuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

GBSmooth and efficient As soon as the plane landed, I received text giving instructions to catch the Lyft ordered. The plane arrived 30 min early. We were shortly with the driver to our destination. The key point for this smooth operation was due to the dispatcher who was in constant communication. The pick up area was 31B.
