Hassle free Airport Transfer Wanted to use this service for one way trip to Gold coast airport from surfers paradise. Got nearly to end of booking and lost internet connection, however I received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to continue,which I did with out any issues. Online payment was also hassle free. I have just received my confirmation email detailing our pick up details. Excellent professional service would recommend

What a relief! Registration and scheduling a ride from home to the airport was a painless process. Rates and options were listed. I was able to choose the best rate and option to fit our need. I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

Awesome service Our driver met us at Tahiti Int airport with a sign & two lei! He had the details for our accommodation & even stayed with us until he knew we were inside. In addition he had cold bottles of water for us & insisted on carrying our two suitcases. A wonderful welcome & service at 1.30am

Excellent Total Experience! The communication was claer and informative after I made the reservation, and the driver who picked us up at the airport (same one who returned us there) was professional and courteous...and on time (even though the pick up was at 4:00 AM).
