Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.

I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

Hassle free Airport Transfer Wanted to use this service for one way trip to Gold coast airport from surfers paradise. Got nearly to end of booking and lost internet connection, however I received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to continue,which I did with out any issues.
