Excellent Total Experience! The communication was claer and informative after I made the reservation, and the driver who picked us up at the airport (same one who returned us there) was professional and courteous...and on time (even though the pick up was at 4:00 AM).

Our pick up person at our destination airport couldn’t make it because our flight had been delayed. So we arrived much later than expected. This was an easy process and made it less stressful. Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.

An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. Fantastic Home-to-Airport Service I had a great experience Rush Hour Limo via Shuttlefare. The driver, Jean Cadet, was very professional. He texted me about 30 minutes prior to notify me that he was en route and texted again once he was outside (he arrived 7 minutes early). He was dressed professionally and the vehicle was clean and professionally appealing. Jean loaded all of the bags into the vehicle and made sure the young children were adequately seated before departing. Once at the airport, he unloaded everything and made sure we were good to go before departing.
