I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

Fantastic service great communication so friendly could not ask for a better person to pick us up after a long flight. Both times bang on time no issues at all and great price also. Service was exceptional from start to… Service was exceptional from start to finish. It was easy to schedule pick up online which was followed up by both an email and text confirmation. An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. I will definitely use this service again.
