GBAsked For ShuttleFare, Got Uber! An odd experience that worked out great...I tried to schedule an Uber ride from the Denver airport to my hotel a few days in advance, but Uber said no drivers were available. I immediately checked with Shuttlefare, and it got me an Uber ride! When the time came for my ride, Shuttlefare texted me instructions that led to the Uber ride, telling me who the Uber driver was, her phone number, and the car she was driving. Shuttlefare also asked for confirmation that I got my ride to make sure everything went well, which it did. Thanks, Shuttlefare!

GBI would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

GBShuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

GBGood service Roundtrip price was less expensive then if I booked each trip separately with Uber. They communicated through text and were somewhat prompt to respond. Driver information was transmitted before pickup and they got me to where I was going. Overall a good experience.

GBThe reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.
