Our pick up person at our destination airport couldn’t make it because our flight had been delayed. So we arrived much later than expected. This was an easy process and made it less stressful. Our ride scheduled thru lift was excellent. Communication and follow up was excellent. Such a great website. I will use it again for sure!

An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. Hassle free Airport Transfer Wanted to use this service for one way trip to Gold coast airport from surfers paradise. Got nearly to end of booking and lost internet connection, however I received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to continue,which I did with out any issues. Online payment was also hassle free. I have just received my confirmation email detailing our pick up details. Excellent professional service would recommend

The reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.
