Smooth and efficient As soon as the plane landed, I received text giving instructions to catch the Lyft ordered. The plane arrived 30 min early. We were shortly with the driver to our destination. The key point for this smooth operation was due to the dispatcher who was in constant communication. The pick up area was 31B.

Awesome service Our driver met us at Tahiti Int airport with a sign & two lei! He had the details for our accommodation & even stayed with us until he knew we were inside. In addition he had cold bottles of water for us & insisted on carrying our two suitcases. A wonderful welcome & service at 1.30am

Asked For ShuttleFare, Got Uber! An odd experience that worked out great...I tried to schedule an Uber ride from the Denver airport to my hotel a few days in advance, but Uber said no drivers were available. I immediately checked with Shuttlefare, and it got me an Uber ride! When the time came for my ride, Shuttlefare texted me instructions that led to the Uber ride, telling me who the Uber driver was, her phone number, and the car she was driving. Shuttlefare also asked for confirmation that I got my ride to make sure everything went well, which it did. Thanks, Shuttlefare!

The reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.

Corrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. Price was extremely reasonable and our driver was most pleasing. Engaged us in conversation and made a thirty minute ride seem like minutes!
