Excellent Total Experience! The communication was claer and informative after I made the reservation, and the driver who picked us up at the airport (same one who returned us there) was professional and courteous...and on time (even though the pick up was at 4:00 AM).

Fantastic service and communication Fantastic service and communication. We utilized the site last minute before our departing flight. Our pick up person at our destination airport couldn’t make it because our flight had been delayed. So we arrived much later than expected. This was an easy process and made it less stressful. Our ride scheduled thru lift was excellent. Communication and follow up was excellent. Such a great website. I will use it again for sure!

Asked For ShuttleFare, Got Uber! An odd experience that worked out great...I tried to schedule an Uber ride from the Denver airport to my hotel a few days in advance, but Uber said no drivers were available. I immediately checked with Shuttlefare, and it got me an Uber ride! When the time came for my ride, Shuttlefare texted me instructions that led to the Uber ride, telling me who the Uber driver was, her phone number, and the car she was driving. Shuttlefare also asked for confirmation that I got my ride to make sure everything went well, which it did. Thanks, Shuttlefare!

The reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.
