GBShuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

GBCorrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. Price was extremely reasonable and our driver was most pleasing. Engaged us in conversation and made a thirty minute ride seem like minutes!

AUHassle free Airport Transfer Wanted to use this service for one way trip to Gold coast airport from surfers paradise. Got nearly to end of booking and lost internet connection, however I received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to continue, which I did with out any issues. Online payment was also hassle free. I have just received my confirmation email detailing our pick up details. Excellent professional service would recommend

CASaved me time and money! Shuttlefare.com's website was user friendly, offering streamlined options and booking process, which also saved me $20 vs the provider's company website.

GBAsked For ShuttleFare, Got Uber! An odd experience that worked out great...I tried to schedule an Uber ride from the Denver airport to my hotel a few days in advance, but Uber said no drivers were available. I immediately checked with Shuttlefare, and it got me an Uber ride! When the time came for my ride, Shuttlefare texted me instructions that led to the Uber ride, telling me who the Uber driver was, her phone number, and the car she was driving. Shuttlefare also asked for confirmation that I got my ride to make sure everything went well, which it did. Thanks, Shuttlefare!
