GBShuttlefare.com sells bookings to our… Shuttlefare.com sells bookings to our company with no aggreement, forwarding of information, or sharing of funds to pay for the rides they book. I have no idea how they can have any decent reviews. Owner of Rapid Shuttle in Rapid city SD has informed them to cease and desist but folks are still walking up thinking they booked thru us. Better Business Beureu gives them an F Rating. nuff said.

GBIsaias Reis was such a wonderful driver… Isaias Reis was such a wonderful driver and pick up and host to us. Fantastic service great communication so friendly could not ask for a better person to pick us up after a long flight. Both times bang on time no issues at all and great price also. Would recommend this pick up to anyone looking and if they are lucky enough to get Isaias they are getting more than value for money. Can’t thank him enough 😃

GBService was exceptional from start to… Service was exceptional from start to finish. It was easy to schedule pick up online which was followed up by both an email and text confirmation. An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. I will definitely use this service again.

GBFantastic Home-to-Airport Service I had a great experience Rush Hour Limo via Shuttlefare. The driver, Jean Cadet, was very professional. He texted me about 30 minutes prior to notify me that he was en route and texted again once he was outside (he arrived 7 minutes early). He was dressed professionally and the vehicle was clean and professionally appealing. Jean loaded all of the bags into the vehicle and made sure the young children were adequately seated before departing. Once at the airport, he unloaded everything and made sure we were good to go before departing.

GBThe reservation and checkout processes… The reservation and checkout processes were easy to navigate, and confirmation was quick with all the information needed. Will have more to say after the service actually happens. We ended up having to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans. It was fairly easy to do, but two things were a bit frustrating. First, the agent said they were going to send a confirmation email on the cancellation, but I never received it until I called and asked a second time. The other issue was that I wasn't made aware there would be a cancellation charge....$5 was withheld on the refund. It wouldn't have changed our decision, but would have felt better knowing that upfront.
