Corrected my mistake with no problem I requested the wrong date and was able to call to get it corrected with no problem and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and even had me laughing at my silly mistake. Price was extremely reasonable and our driver was most pleasing. Engaged us in conversation and made a thirty minute ride seem like minutes!

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

Great rates, reservations pre-scheduled, AWESOME I worried about pre-scheduling a ride to the airport for 5 adult passengers with luggage. I looked for options online and found Shuttlefare. Fantastic Home-to-Airport Service I had a great experience Rush Hour Limo via Shuttlefare. The driver, Jean Cadet, was very professional. He texted me about 30 minutes prior to notify me that he was en route and texted again once he was outside (he arrived 7 minutes early). He was dressed professionally and the vehicle was clean and professionally appealing. Jean loaded all of the bags into the vehicle and made sure the young children were adequately seated before departing. Once at the airport, he unloaded everything and made sure we were good to go before departing.

Great Experience. The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.
