ITGreat car mats I'd been toying with the idea to replace my car mats for a while and had looked at up to 8 companies before deciding on Luxus Car Mats. I initially thought they were expensive but this turned to great value having had them in place for the first week. They arrived pretty quickly and looked great and even more so when they'd been fitted. They are also so easy to clean. Many thanks!

GBPossible Scam I placed my first order (LCM10735) on 03/11, after sometime, they received the FedEx label for my order. The label has been sitting in Pico Rivera, California for 22 days and counting. They wont give FedEx the package for shipment. My second order (LCM10830) was ordered 03/17 and still remains as “ordered placed.” I am very confused as to why my mats are just sitting in California for a month and my other mats have yet to leave their facility. I contacted them with the only piece of contact information that they will provide (email). I emailed them 2-3 times and have yet to receive a reply. I am over 400 dollars in the hole because they are possibly a scam. If I don’t receive my items soon and they continue to ignore, I am reporting them to the BBB and filing a suit.

GBWow, beautiful floor mats. Wow! Completely impressed with the workmanship and quality of these Luxus Car Mats. These mats are form fitted to the vehicles interior, panels stitched together perfectly. The mat backing is not slippery and will grip the carpet, the surface material is leather-like, but it’s much more durable. These custom floor and trunk mats should last many years!
