CAJust hope you don't have to deal with customer service Ordering process was fine. Shipment arrived about 2 weeks from ordering. Packaging of products were inadequate (large box, no protection) Delivered parts were damaged as a result of poor packaging. Photos of packaging emailed. ***Very slow/delayed responses from customer service. Roughly one response per day. 8+ days for simple resolution*** Told to return parts at no cost and new shipment will be delivered as soon as UPS obtains return. Informed replacement parts are no not in stock, though it says 2+ in stock on their website. Received full refund after sending back.

CAFraudulent website Fraudulent website, claims product is in stock (at their warehouse no less) and then when you ask why it hasn't shipped they cancel your order because they can't get the part. (Part still shows in stock). Deliberately missleading people for monetary gain is fraud. They don't have any warehouses as they fraudulently claim.

CAGreat products, true OEM items. Fast shipping. Amazing. I ordered a set of steering rack bushings over the weekend and they showed up early tues morning, great. They are exact OEM items, was easy to tell as manufacturing marks were exactly the same. My beloved Turbo is tight and perfect. I will be coming back to auto parts way for sure!

CAAll the brake parts (Zimmerman rotors &… All the brake parts (Zimmerman rotors & Textar pads) for my Audi were in stock and shipped at the same time and arrived within 3 days of the order date. I found the prices fairly competitive with other online auto parts supplier sites.

CAGreat big system with some glitches. I have used Autopartsway six times five were good, however the last order was shipped from three different places and one item never arrived, the e-mail question / answer session was not helpfull, invoice was paid in full but still not filled 6 weeks later.
