Fast Shipping, pic of part # 14-1313 was misleading Awesome fast shipping, part was correct but the picture shows the pin included in the bracket which was slightly misleading. The coated rust protection on the bracket made putting the bolts in very difficult. If it were not for these set backs, it would have been a flawless purchase.

Excellent service with prompt delivery Ordered a bunch of parts for my VW Jetta. Everything arrived as ordered and neatly packaged. Very impressed with the assistance I received from the sales people in identiifying certain parts will be using this firm for all future orders as I saved a lot of money by using AutopartsWAY. Can't beat free delivery. One suggestion for the company, if you can get pictures of all the parts on your web page instead of generic photos that don't always show what the actual part looks like then that would be great.

Large Availability & Fast Delivery There was a huge selection of parts for my older car (1987 vw golf) and the delivery was very fast. I received everything within a week of purchase in good condition. Their selection was way better than NAPA and price was much better! Great big system with some glitches. I have used Autopartsway six times five were good, however the last order was shipped from three different places and one item never arrived, the e-mail question / answer session was not helpfull, invoice was paid in full but still not filled 6 weeks later.
