Excellent service with prompt delivery Ordered a bunch of parts for my VW Jetta. Everything arrived as ordered and neatly packaged. Very impressed with the assistance I received from the sales people in identiifying certain parts will be using this firm for all future orders as I saved a lot of money by using AutopartsWAY. Can't beat free delivery. One suggestion for the company, if you can get pictures of all the parts on your web page instead of generic photos that don't always show what the actual part looks like then that would be great.

Great customer service! I had ordered 2 different parts, but only one was delivered. The problem is, it arrived just before Christmas and didn't open it for a month. It wasn't till then that I realized the part was missing.The transport marked it as delivered, so I was expecting manybphone calls and a huge hassle. I made an online request with autoparts way and they phoned me within a day. No hassles and I had the second part in another day. Excellent customer service! I will use them again if for that reason alone.

Great products, true OEM items. Fast shipping. Amazing. I ordered a set of steering rack bushings over the weekend and they showed up early tues morning, great. They are exact OEM items, was easy to tell as manufacturing marks were exactly the same. My beloved Turbo is tight and perfect. I will be coming back to auto parts way for sure!
