Fast shipping and good prices I've had two orders from them and both times the free shipping was amazingly quick (under 48 hours). They arrived a day earlier than their fastest estimate. The products are OEM and difficult to find locally; AutoPartsWay is the only place I've found them online for virtually the same price as dealerships.

Just hope you don't have to deal with customer service Ordering process was fine. Shipment arrived about 2 weeks from ordering. Packaging of products were inadequate (large box, no protection) Delivered parts were damaged as a result of poor packaging. Photos of packaging emailed. ***Very slow/delayed responses from customer service. Roughly one response per day. 8+ days for simple resolution*** Told to return parts at no cost and new shipment will be delivered as soon as UPS obtains return. Informed replacement parts are no not in stock, though it says 2+ in stock on their website. Received full refund after sending back.

Quick and Easy Very easy to order this guys. The website is designed in such a way that you select your vehicle basics to see the available parts. If the parts require further vehicle details, the options are listed on the part details page. My VW requires a specific engine designation for specific parts so I just checked the part details and selected the right parts. Everything arrived in 2 days. One of the parts had a core deposit and that was easy to return and have it refunded. 3 orders so far and all good every time.
