GBIf I could have given this company zero… If I could have given this company zero stars then I would have. I have been waiting nearly six months for two weeks holiday pay and it isn't the fault of my manager, it's the reliance that my company has in using SD WORX... I can only presume that they use them because they are cheap

NLFrom a guy who works in HR and Payroll... I work in HR and Payroll for a dozen companies. One of these companies (a SME, 250 fte) is working with the HR and payroll software of SDworx. Their SAAS platform is not good. I has a lot of bugs, it hangs, it is not user friendly built. We get complaints from our personnel constantly and on paydays their server blows out on several occasions. Calling support and requesting help for a questions will result in a invoice of 500 euro's for each request. About their pricing, we pay almost 18.000 euro's each year for this service, while other HR - salary software does the same for like 6000 euro. This is how they work. It is absolutely a despicable partner to do business with. Unfortunally we are still stuck with them for little over a year..

GBUnbelievably incompetent and flaky software We are a small charity. I have spent the last three days alternatively being locked out on one account and unable to see any reporting on another because of "licensing" issues where they fail to remove an administrator and the others are prevented from access or lack the privileges.. Insanely, email help is rejected because the email address (same as used to login with) is unknown to their system. Spent one and a half hours waiting on the phone. The reports system is archaic, technical support unavailable and customer service simply dim. So spending THREE days waiting to download the correct EOY GTN's All this for a higher cost than most. Even a bargepole needs to keep its distance. The single star rating I've given is far too high

BEGreat experiences also deserve a review In my previous company, payroll was managed by SD Worx. I understood my pay check, it was clear, concise, and consistently correct. When reading the ratings below, I don’t think it is fair to judge only by the bad experiences that are written here. Probably, people who are happy about the services won’t come here as you actually kind of expect things to go right. GBDon’t know what they are doing They split people’s wages from December into two payments making people wait up to 8 weeks for 4 weeks wages and there are loads of problems, wrong end date uploaded HMRC so now I’m under investigation for fraud with Universal Credit. Put everyone on make believe tax codes as well
