Don’t know what they are doing They split people’s wages from December into two payments making people wait up to 8 weeks for 4 weeks wages and there are loads of problems, wrong end date uploaded HMRC so now I’m under investigation for fraud with Universal Credit. Put everyone on make believe tax codes as well

Unbelievably incompetent and flaky software We are a small charity. I have spent the last three days alternatively being locked out on one account and unable to see any reporting on another because of "licensing" issues where they fail to remove an administrator and the others are prevented from access or lack the privileges.. Insanely, email help is rejected because the email address (same as used to login with) is unknown to their system. Spent one and a half hours waiting on the phone. The reports system is archaic, technical support unavailable and customer service simply dim. So spending THREE days waiting to download the correct EOY GTN's All this for a higher cost than most. Even a bargepole needs to keep its distance. The single star rating I've given is far too high

Starting to think it's deliberate Starting to think it's deliberate. How can this company continue in business when the errors are so constant and comprehensive. They're causing major distress to people's lives with the constant pay errors. The payslips are completely incomprehensible. Random numbers which don't match the hours worked and the pay codes are gibberish - too heavy on acronyms and alphanumeric codes. It is so difficult to work out what you are / aren't being paid for. Incompetent to a shattering extent.

For a devOps position , They talked with me about 35 mins but at the end they didn't take me just because they have ask me what's other thing I am passionate in technologies world ' I have reply I love Cyber security ' because I will love it partially in my life but this won't make any impact on my job proposition as devOps . They refuse me just because I have said that . They explain the Hr that after 2 years I can left the company bet I love doing cyberbersecurity . This got no sense how they know of I will leave the company for my passion ? Are they god or can the future ? If I have applied for a job I would complete my duty every days at the office . How can such a great company hire these bad Hr to hire people ? If they have this point of view they won't allow someone to evaluate. This will make me say this because I don't like it.

Terrible Website If you are planning to use SD Worx for any reason, I strongly advise against it. It is extremely buggy, difficult to use and has very low security as it has been cyber-attacked and had to shutdown its UK branch temporarily. But not only is it a bad website, it is difficult to use and there are simply much better alternatives, such as ADP.
