I had the best car buying experience… I had the best car buying experience here at Easterns. I came in and Anthony Kha greeted me promptly and took care of me. I came in with the intent of buying a mustang and i went home a new mustang owner. He went above and beyond by buying me water several times and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even checks on me to this day making sure the car is everything I wanted. He alongside his manager Kevin and the entire staff were tremendous.

Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

You MUST see Travon and Kevin! So amazingly easy! From start to finish, Travon was incredibly personable and helpful. I missed my initial appointment, but he was able to reschedule within 24 hours. When it was time to handle financing, Kevin was on top of everything and made this a painless process. By far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!

I make good money... but my credit sucks I make good money, but my credit is horrible. I never thought I would be able to walk out with a "decent" car. Earnest, Tony and Jesus assured me from the start that they would make sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Not only did they keep their promise, but Earnest was super patient and helpful.
