My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied. So thanks to you Jose and everyone there for making a great impression on us! We'll be returning to that location when it's time for my husband to buy himself a truck.

I make good money... but my credit sucks I make good money, but my credit is horrible. I never thought I would be able to walk out with a "decent" car. Earnest, Tony and Jesus assured me from the start that they would make sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Not only did they keep their promise, but Earnest was super patient and helpful. Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!
