Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

The best place to go get your car! Broadus helped me get my car, he didn’t haggle with me to get another vehicle. The exact car I wanted (Honda accord ex) is what I left the dealership with. All of the sales associates at Easterns are intelligent men who know how to help when you need it. Another gentleman (Sean) also helped my dad a few weeks back to get his Acura ILX. My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied.
