Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied.
