Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

My Customer Advisor and Product Specialist was Darryl Mayzck. Darryl assisted me every step of the way through vehicle trade-in, and new vehicle financing while explaining thoroughly every step of the process. I wasn't hassled to purchase anything other than what I came to get.....2020 Charger RT (Hemi of course :-) ). Most importantly, Darryl was instrumental with assisting me to make sure that I could afford the payments. I had the best car buying experience… I had the best car buying experience here at Easterns. I came in and Anthony Kha greeted me promptly and took care of me. I came in with the intent of buying a mustang and i went home a new mustang owner. He went above and beyond by buying me water several times and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even checks on me to this day making sure the car is everything I wanted. He alongside his manager Kevin and the entire staff were tremendous.
