I had the best car buying experience… I had the best car buying experience here at Easterns. I came in and Anthony Kha greeted me promptly and took care of me. I came in with the intent of buying a mustang and i went home a new mustang owner. He went above and beyond by buying me water several times and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even checks on me to this day making sure the car is everything I wanted. He alongside his manager Kevin and the entire staff were tremendous.

He was extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the different vehicles I was interested in. Broken promises Broken promises. Sold me LoJack without telling me it was built in. LoJack does not work and will not give refund. Promised two keys and full tank of gas. Didn’t happen. Will not make right. Buyer beware!!!!

My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied.
