GBI make good money... but my credit sucks I make good money, but my credit is horrible. I never thought I would be able to walk out with a "decent" car. Earnest, Tony and Jesus assured me from the start that they would make sure I left with a reliable vehicle. Not only did they keep their promise, but Earnest was super patient and helpful. Tony also made sure I had reasonable options within my means. I'll definitely be referring my friends and family.

GBEasterns Auto award winning customer service! Easterns Auto customer service is phenomenal! On August 9th, 2022, I made my second purchase through the dealer on RT40 east in Baltimore. My Customer Advisor and Product Specialist was Darryl Mayzck. Darryl assisted me every step of the way through vehicle trade-in, and new vehicle financing while explaining thoroughly every step of the process. I wasn't hassled to purchase anything other than what I came to get.....2020 Charger RT (Hemi of course :-) ). Most importantly, Darryl was instrumental with assisting me to make sure that I could afford the payments. I will continue to utilize Easterns and refer people that are interested in a vehicle purchase. Very clean environment, knowledgeable, personable and very friendly staff! GBI had the best car buying experience… I had the best car buying experience here at Easterns. I came in and Anthony Kha greeted me promptly and took care of me. I came in with the intent of buying a mustang and i went home a new mustang owner. He went above and beyond by buying me water several times and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. He even checks on me to this day making sure the car is everything I wanted. He alongside his manager Kevin and the entire staff were tremendous.

I was not pressured, he was real genuine, I didn’t feel judged due to my credit status! He answered all of my questions , took his time so I didn’t feel rushed!
