100% Customer Service It was a Friday night after work, I was tired & irritated. Thanks to Devan Young’s great customer service, I had a very pleasant experience!! I was not pressured, he was real genuine, I didn’t feel judged due to my credit status! He answered all of my questions , took his time so I didn’t feel rushed! Car buying can be very intimidating, Devan is a real asset to Easterns!!

Go see Jared. You will not be disappointed! I dealt with Easterns on Pulaski Highway in Baltimore, Maryland. My salesman's name was Jared and he was AMAZING!!, The process was very easy. He was extremely professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the different vehicles I was interested in. He did not make me feel pressured and was extremely patient with me and my indecisive nature. I would recommend Easterns and Jared to anybody!!

Mike Johnson is an unprofessional Mike Johnson, of Eastern Automotive Group in Temple Hills Maryland, is an unprofessional, ghetto, judgmental, circus clown. He likes to show off to an audience. He lied about being from the legal department when he called me as a scare tactic. What he didn't realize was, I am an attorney, and not only that, but I had also already googled him. Something he should have done before he came for me. They tried to say that I falsified my income documentation because I make almost $200k a year. The only thing about my income that was false, is that's not all my income. He's used to a certain type of customer, and he thought that I was the usual. Now I must show him who I am and where my power lies.

You MUST see Travon and Kevin! So amazingly easy! From start to finish, Travon was incredibly personable and helpful. I missed my initial appointment, but he was able to reschedule within 24 hours. When it was time to handle financing, Kevin was on top of everything and made this a painless process. By far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!
