My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied. So thanks to you Jose and everyone there for making a great impression on us! We'll be returning to that location when it's time for my husband to buy himself a truck.

Lied to and Cheated out of Money I am a pediatric nurse working 60 plus hours aweek a veteran and a senior who was a victim of shady ? Illegal dealings by Eastern Automotive in Frederick, MD .They took back vehicle, still have my down-payment 2,500 and my trade in with UNSIGNED title. This was not due to a decline from finance company ,but because finance company during welcome and contract review made me aware of undisclosed to me charges on my contract. They advised if I didn't want services to tell dealership as not dependant on loan.I did and they refused to cancel or remove from contract and called me a liar threatened police and 3 large men came and took vehicle saying I had no right to car.I am going thru alot Ive had to rent a car to get to work. I am so stressed and still not understanding why this happened or how it was legal, as I had tentative approval from other finance companies as well and told them that if only they removed 4638 in services unneeded not told about. They refused to negotiate were rude and threatening and since they took vehicle Ive heard northing from dealer or the customer service office that promised help.My ?about my trade went unanswered as did my request for refund, I have hired an attorney and filed several complaints, but this is and has been one of the worse experiences of my life. I had the vehicle 9 days but have paid insurance on it for a month.

100% Customer Service It was a Friday night after work, I was tired & irritated. Thanks to Devan Young’s great customer service, I had a very pleasant experience!! I was not pressured, he was real genuine, I didn’t feel judged due to my credit status! He answered all of my questions , took his time so I didn’t feel rushed! Car buying can be very intimidating, Devan is a real asset to Easterns!!

Mike Johnson is an unprofessional Mike Johnson, of Eastern Automotive Group in Temple Hills Maryland, is an unprofessional, ghetto, judgmental, circus clown. He likes to show off to an audience. He lied about being from the legal department when he called me as a scare tactic. What he didn't realize was, I am an attorney, and not only that, but I had also already googled him. Something he should have done before he came for me. They tried to say that I falsified my income documentation because I make almost $200k a year. The only thing about my income that was false, is that's not all my income. He's used to a certain type of customer, and he thought that I was the usual. Now I must show him who I am and where my power lies.
