100% Customer Service It was a Friday night after work, I was tired & irritated. Thanks to Devan Young’s great customer service, I had a very pleasant experience!! I was not pressured, he was real genuine, I didn’t feel judged due to my credit status! He answered all of my questions , took his time so I didn’t feel rushed! Easterns Auto award winning customer service! Easterns Auto customer service is phenomenal! On August 9th, 2022, I made my second purchase through the dealer on RT40 east in Baltimore. My Customer Advisor and Product Specialist was Darryl Mayzck. Darryl assisted me every step of the way through vehicle trade-in, and new vehicle financing while explaining thoroughly every step of the process. I wasn't hassled to purchase anything other than what I came to get.....2020 Charger RT (Hemi of course :-) ).
