GBI have received 4 parts from different… I have received 4 parts from different shippers in the last week. All were received timely in good condition but I have not a clue this review is for????

GBCustomer Service The gentleman I spoke with when checking parts was very knowledgeable. He gave me the parts #’s and told what was in stock and what would be delayed. We received the in stock items still waiting for the rest. It was a very good experience.

GBHorrible time getting correct parts Horrible time getting correct parts, horrible time getting paid for the deal they cut on flooring machines we took from another dealer that stopped carrying them. Parts mix ups, fails to send call tags to return parts sent in error then charges us shipping to resend a part they sent in error. Our confidence toward this company falls daily. This total mess of a company never fails to disappoint on one level or another whether it's warranty, products, service or parts.

GBOrdered Massimo head and asked if head… Ordered Massimo head and asked if head gasket was included. Was assured it was included, i asked because it was unclear On the website. “It did not include the gasket “ had to order and cost 4 days. When got the head on realized cylinder was warped so ordered rear #1 cylinder. When it arrived, realized it was actually #2 front cylinder. Just received replacement cylinder will determine if correct tomorrow. Had mechanic stop by to install both items and had to pay show up fee.
