Everything from the background info on their site, the comparison videos, the quick response on the technical questions that i had, these guys are on it! I had my order in a few days, nicely packed and fulfilled correctly. I’m not sure how they could do it better!

Searching for the right strut lift kit, may be a bit overwhelming sometimes, but they helped and guided me through my purchase, and got what I needed. I am pleased and will purchase again from them for other upgrades and projects.

After seeing their videos online and… After seeing their videos online and reviewing their website, I contacted them to place an order. Product Specialist Sean contacted me answered the couple questions I had and processed my order. He Proceeded to split my order sent my rear shocks out while the front struts waited to be built in house. I highly recommend working with this wonderful company they are top notch. Having them assemble the front struts was a game changer and huge time saver. No messing around with dangerous, cheap spring compressors. I highly recommend this. No one else offers this service.

Do not do business here! Do not do business here!! Honestly I don’t have many options for brands for my truck, I installed 4 bilstein shocks, about $700, plus labor cost of about $300. 2 fronts gave out within 6 months. I contacted customer service, I ended up paying nearly $400 to replace the 2. Again about $300 for labor, I tried returning the old ones so I can get my money back, they just don’t make it easy, going back and forth with these incompetent people. I had to pay yet another time for 2 shocks I did not request $20 this time?!! I simply requested a refund of the original 2 that were defective due to seal failure. I’m still dealing with shocksurplus . I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal issues and these people love playing dumb with my refund. How are you even in business still?! I’m absolutely 100% dissatisfied and disappointed with your customer service. I will never shop with you again and will continue to belittle your company
