In love with these pretty things Let me start this by saying I am VERY picky. This company came through for after a terrible experience somewhere else. I now have a killer set of Bilsteins for my truck. Couldn't be happier. Service was excellent, it took a Lil time to get the front struts but Def worth the wait.

Bilstein Loaded Struts 6112 and 5100 Shocks Ordered both Bilstein Front 6112 Struts already assembled and rear 5100 Shocks for my 2018 GMC 1500, this vendor delivered in a very timely manner at a compedative price. Had struts and shocks on order previously with another vendor for a year and had cancelled. When bilstein finally made them again, these guys got them to me quickly and stayed in contact with me til I had them in my hands. Great customer service in my opinion. I would highly recommend them.

Yeah 5 stars and highly recommended Yeah 5 stars and highly recommended. My entire experience started with looking for replacement shocks for my 2006 4Runner. Everything from the background info on their site, the comparison videos, the quick response on the technical questions that i had, these guys are on it! I had my order in a few days, nicely packed and fulfilled correctly. I’m not sure how they could do it better!

I created the order and within minutes… I created the order and within minutes I received a personal email explaining any circumstances around the order and an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks to source parts and assemble. There was also communications about updates without me even asking. Product showed up in 2 weeks. It fit right and I’m happy with the product after a week of use.

Customer service I was having trouble making a purchase online. Called for assistance the first guy told me there's nothing he could do to help me. And asked me "what would you like me to do" after I explained the situation, like I'm supposed to tell him how to do his job?! Asked to speak to someone else that can help, transfered me and got help and done with a couple minutes. The 1st guy shouldn't have a job in customer service or maybe he was just having a bad regardless the company almost lost a purchase over it. Not the service expected in any industry.
