Everything from the background info on their site, the comparison videos, the quick response on the technical questions that i had, these guys are on it! Awesome Service! I ordered these shocks from a different online retailer in early August and they kept saying they were on back order from Fox. In November I received an email from Shock Surplus saying they were in stock, I ordered by calling in on a Thursday and received them the following Monday. Fast shipping and the Gentleman I spoke with was very helpful.
