Customer service I was having trouble making a purchase online. Called for assistance the first guy told me there's nothing he could do to help me. And asked me "what would you like me to do" after I explained the situation, like I'm supposed to tell him how to do his job?! Asked to speak to someone else that can help, transfered me and got help and done with a couple minutes. The 1st guy shouldn't have a job in customer service or maybe he was just having a bad regardless the company almost lost a purchase over it. Not the service expected in any industry.

Amazing company The team at Shocks Surplus made this entire experience that much better. There were many issues with shipping but they ensured everything was taken care of and that I would get my product. As for the product it’s amazing but it could have been better if Icon included instructions in the box and their specific coil over adjusting wrench as well. Yes instructions are online but I mean come on, who wants to be looking at their phone with greasy hands. Overall install wasn’t bad, and the ride quality is immediately better without touching any of the adjusters yet. Can’t wait to take it off-road!

Everything from the background info on their site, the comparison videos, the quick response on the technical questions that i had, these guys are on it! I had my order in a few days, nicely packed and fulfilled correctly. I’m not sure how they could do it better!

In love with these pretty things Let me start this by saying I am VERY picky. This company came through for after a terrible experience somewhere else. I now have a killer set of Bilsteins for my truck. Couldn't be happier. Service was excellent, it took a Lil time to get the front struts but Def worth the wait.

AWESOME shocks AWESOME shocks, purchased the Fox 2.0 with reservoir, perfect for my needs, shipping was also fast to the house. Only 1 complaint, shipping was in 2 pieces, 1st came in a nice box, second came in original boxes that were destroyed when they arrived, luckily the 2 aluminum pieces with the Fox emblem to hold the resivoir were there. Great price on shocks, won't find any other place cheaper.
