This is the second time I've dealt with … This is the second time I've dealt with the Cottman crew and all I can say is thank you Dr. Leonard for service.. First a transfer case on my 2006 STS AWD Cadillac that GM couldn't even quote a price on,second a starter on the same vehicle.. It took them 6 days to look at my car It took them 6 days to look at my car, run tests and diagnose it (incorrectly btw) Then the manager calls me and says they are unfit to fix it. He stated “ ive been off and idk why they took on your vehicle in the first place”. The wholetime they had my car ive been paying for a rental. Im dealing with an extended warranty company so i had to get my vehicle towed to another shop that took ONLY 4 hours to call me back with test results and the repair was underway SAME DAY! Very nice people, quality workmanship Very nice people! There were a few hiccups, but I was treated with complete respect and understanding and the mechanics were willing to work with me. My car is running really well and the turn-time was good!
