This is the second time I've dealt with … This is the second time I've dealt with the Cottman crew and all I can say is thank you Dr. Leonard for service.. First a transfer case on my 2006 STS AWD Cadillac that GM couldn't even quote a price on,second a starter on the same vehicle.. Very good staff! Very good staff. The manager was able to test drive with me and give an accessment on my truck’s transmission. I haven’t done the repairs yet. I wish they could do something to improve the price, because it’s a lot for a trans rebuilt.

Everyone hates to have to put their car … Everyone hates to have to put their car in the shop. It is especially difficult to think of the high cost of transmission rebuild or replacement. It is great that we have an honest and upfront shop like Cottman here in Manassas to tell us exactly what we need, perform quality work, then also stand behind what they say and do. Good service, knowledgeable of how they make them. Good service, reminders to follow up after work is done. 10 day follow up is coming due. Was told to bring in after 500 miles only been less than half of that so far.

I came to Cottman of Manassas with my … I came to Cottman of Manassas with my 2000 Dodge Dakota 5 speed manual shift, the truck would not go into 5th and reverse after repairs from an auto shop that wanted me to buy another transmission. I went to a Cottman professional tranny shop instead. Cottman delivered by repairing the original transmission gear box. Leonard, the owner/operator was very fair and professional. Cottman was also accommodating when I had to leave the truck a few days after it was complete due to work travel. Cost estimate was spot on, even applied a military discount. Great job with no issues!!!!!
