GBI ordered an item on 9/23/2018 but no customer service I ordered an item on 9/23/2018 and haven't heard a word about its status since other than they took my money. After many emails to them and phone calls I finally located a tracking label was created but still no human contact, my item showed up by USPS on Saturday. Be cautious. Very poor customer service.

GBFree Shipping! These guys shipped me a full set of rotors pads and calipers for free to my door within 2 days of orderin! What is better than that? Didnt have to talk to anyone used their car selector chose my parts and my mechanic will install em. Sweet deal.

NLproduct is good,shipping international absurde expensive First wanted to get the product delivered to The Netherlands,Amsterdam. For 2 mirror covers and 4 door handle covers i was charged 100 USD ! For long term shipping it would come down to 50. But still more then double the normal UPSC shipping rate. Got parcel sent to friend of mine in Houston with free shipping. She forwarded parcel to me in amsterdam for USD 20.07 Not sure if the problem is with seller or the Ebay system but someone is making a huge profit on shipping international orders, have seen this with almost all internationals on ebay. Product was absolutely great!

GBGreat customer service Even though I received parts that would not fit, they provided the information so I could return them promptly for refund. On the flip side, I used the part compatibility chart and even sent an email to them confirming my vehicle year and type with a phone number if they had questions and I still got parts that would not fit. Maybe a little attention to customer needs is in order.

GBExtremely disappointed. No response from CPK customer service. I returned a new item to CarPartKings last month and as of today have not received the refund yet. I had sent multiple email reminders to which CPK has not responded. Their customer service is not also reachable at 1(888)501-6588 and the chat feature in their website is useless [says they are not online]. A very big disappointment and an ugly experience with CPK. I will be transacting with other parts suppliers and will not be making any more purchases with this supplier any more.
