GBContacted them six times and they never… Contacted them six times and they never answered any of my questions. Canned answers are either we do not provide that type of support or take your unit to a dealer. Asking what remotes are compatible with what units AND if that combination is compatible with the automatic cold start feature they are promoting should not require a trip to a dealer. Worthless system was removed and replaced with one that had some customer service! Typical we have you money now we don't care about you company.

GBT13 Pro not what I expected I bought the T13 Pro thinking that the features that were advertised, (Proximity lock, Drive lock & Auto lock) in addition to the remote start & alarm would be included and work. None of the features work other than the remote start & alarm, which could have been purchased as a different bundle at a much lower price. Compustar says the additional features only work with “compatible” vehicles. I have a newer model 5th Gen 4Runner, which from what I now understand is not compatible. I basically paid a lot of extra money just for the LCD remote.

GBWorst Christmas present i have ever received. It would be great if the remote starter would start the car in cold weather. Mine wont start with the parking brake on. it wont stay running with the parking brake off. i have had it back to the professional installers 4 times now in the last year it still sucks. works great in warm weather, but when i really need it. it doesn't work, waist of money do not buy.

GBHaving a Compustar alarm is a relief 2018 Dodge Charger $1500 dollar alarm. All I can say it is a relief knowing I'm not going to lose my amazing machine to someone that can go on YouTube and figure out how to steal something I work so hard for and enjoy. It's crazy to say $1500 dollars for an alarm but the only way your going to have that feeling of not worrying wherever you go and Park it. Knowing I have Compustar alarm I have no more worries.

GBNice update to my 11 year old truck When Onstar notified me that after December 2022, they'd no longer support my 2011 Chevy Silverado (that is in outstanding condition with low miles) I canceled my membership and looked for a viable alternative. While Compustar doesn't offer automated collision service and support, everything else I really needed is provided. So far, I'm really happy with my choice after 1 month. The DroneMoble app is very helpful as well.
