Doesn't work as expected Well, the unlock feature when you approach your vehicle is hit or miss. I thought it was because my key fob needed a charge, so I charged it and the problem still happened. Super disappointed that such an expensive system doesn't work reliably. Makes me question my entire purchase as well as the work integrity from Car Toys.

Its alright Its alright. It randomly goes off at times on its own without anyone or anything near it and thats very annoying especially late at night when we're sleeping. Then the trips log doesnt even give you an address as it did from the start. It would just say "unable to resolve address" and I have contacted support and the dealer where installation was done. They still couldn't do anything so its like I'm wasting my money for all that to not work properly.

Works with 2022 Toyota Prius (Plugin) Prime Experience so far is only with ambient temperatures below freezing. ICE starts on remote start activation, front defrost comes on and if interior of cabin is cold enough, rear window defrost also comes on. (As expected, remote will not work if charge cable connected since a Toyota safety feature.) Range as advertised.

I've purchased two remote starts for… I've purchased two remote starts for two vehicles. This device works as expected. It has a great range, which is most important for my wife. We like the confirmation feature letting you know that the vehicle started. My only complaint is that my 2014 Honda Accord does not have a secure takeover so the engine shuts off when the door is opened. All things considered this is a very minor issue and won't prevent me from using this product brand in the future.

Contacted them six times and they never… Contacted them six times and they never answered any of my questions. Canned answers are either we do not provide that type of support or take your unit to a dealer. Asking what remotes are compatible with what units AND if that combination is compatible with the automatic cold start feature they are promoting should not require a trip to a dealer. Worthless system was removed and replaced with one that had some customer service! Typical we have you money now we don't care about you company.
