Wrong parts. I placed an order for what I thought I needed but when I received the parts I realized it wasn't what I needed. I called and talked to one of the salesman and he helped me find what I needed.

I have easily spent over 10k dollars… I have easily spent over 10k dollars with this company over the years building multiple cars, most recently i had ordered a complete glass kit for 500.00 . the kit came in missing 1 window and another one was not for my car. I contacted them to let them know and because it was past the return time they couldnt do anything other than offer me free shipping on purchasing to new windows, needless to say i wont be purchasing anything else on my future builds from this co. There website is also terrible it doesnt tell you when anything is out of stock ! so you order and pay for something and then surprise you get your order and there is stuff on back order !! Most every other co will tell you before you place the order to give you the oppurtunity to order it somewhere else !

SS 396 has at least one great employee SS 396 has at least one great employee. Caitlyn Padaigas. I've talked to several companies about an extremely difficult to find body parts for my El Camino. They all dismissed me as soon as they ran into difficulties even identifying the parts. Caitlyn stepped up and spent the necessary time to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. SS 396 can thank her for my future business. As a Vietnam veteran, I totally appreciate those who recognize our service to the USA. Thanks again, Caitlyn. Couldn't have done it without YOU. Parts were just as described Parts were just as described, arrived on time and packaged well. I realized when I opened one box that I ordered the wrong item, called them and was able to return it with no issues. Waiting for the new item to arrive.

Update Update. After disputing with my credit card they asked for the headliner back. It was returned to them and this was the response I received. "The return department is 1.5 to 2 weeks behind. Once they process it you will get an email notification". I purchased this in April. The return department being behind 1.5 to 2 weeks doesn't say much for the quality of product sold. Will the credit card company or the company itself refund my almost 400 dollars?
