I am on my 3rd time requesting a refund They don’t provide tracking numbers for items you order so you spend unnecessary amount of time contacting them to see what is going on Way to many classic car sites to order from that don’t have the headaches this place causes 1st and last time shopper with this group. They all dismissed me as soon as they ran into difficulties even identifying the parts. Caitlyn stepped up and spent the necessary time to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. GBUpdate Update. After disputing with my credit card they asked for the headliner back. It was returned to them and this was the response I received. "The return department is 1.5 to 2 weeks behind. Once they process it you will get an email notification". I purchased this in April. The return department being behind 1.5 to 2 weeks doesn't say much for the quality of product sold. Will the credit card company or the company itself refund my almost 400 dollars?
