1970 Chevelle SS door handle repair I have a 1970 Chevelle SS when I received the new door handles I put on the driver door handle first. The screw holes did not match the old holes so I had to re-emerge them out to get the handle screws to fit the new handle holes. Tightened up everything and closed the door. Squeezed the button and the button lever broke off just as had happened on the old handle. Back to square one. I was so disgusted that I put the car back in the garage for a few days.

My go-to business for Chevelle parts I order parts from Ground Up 5-6 times a year. Quality reproductions, fair price, fast shipping. Would give 5 stars if part status was displayed on website when ordering. No way of knowing if a part is backordered without contacting GU or receiving the dreaded backorder notification after submitting order.

The best Chevelle restoration parts company The best Chevelle restoration parts site period. Can't say enough about the customer service. As an example I was building my own cowl hood setup. I needed some measurements for the seal to go on the adapter I was fabricating. A staff member I called took some measurements for me and I was able to make it work. Of course I purchased the seal from Ground Up. Awesome people to work with.

They all dismissed me as soon as they ran into difficulties even identifying the parts. Caitlyn stepped up and spent the necessary time to insure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Ordered a set of coil springs clearly… Ordered a set of coil springs clearly marked in stock in large green letters after they charged my credit card $180 they sent me an email and said they do not have the springs in stock I would verify that they have the product in stock before you let them take your money
