My experience with Oak motors has been… My experience with Oak motors has been a complete disaster they just put a engine supposedly put a new engine in my truck 2013 equinox I drove about a week now the engine light is on. I take it back now they’re telling me that the Catholic converter maybe bad and I asked the guy is it covered he tells me no I have to pay for it. He said yes it wasn’t covered. You guys sold me a truck that you guys knew that it needed worked on it. That’s bad business. I’m very very unsatisfied with the long Service wait which is ridiculous they don’t care how you get to work but they want to keep your car and they take forever to figure out what’s wrong with your car if you’re gonna keep the car you need to make sure that the customers have a way to get to work never leave customers without a way to get to work. They gotta make the car payment some kind of way, I would not recommend Oak motors to anyone. I’m sorry I’m frustrated with this truck and haven’t had it a year.

Oak motors is cool but I was giving… Oak motors is cool but I was giving tier 9 which is cars under 20k and they didn't have good options plus my interest rate they tact on was 10k on top of my payments, for it to be a second chance buy here pay here they screw you on high interest rates and over price their cars. I should of made a better decision then them. My sales representative was great and that's it.

I went to the Muncie Store for a… I went to the Muncie Store for a vehicle and after the 1st visit, I was never called back or followed up on. I then went to the Anderson Indiana branch where I was met with professionalism and kindness .The Manager and sales rep Trish were very helpful and within an hour ,I had my vehicle .
